One of our visions for 2006 is to be very focused on growing our relationship with God  and one another. You will begin to see this in a variety of ways from our preaching series to events to small groups. However, we know that each of us ultimately is responsible for how much time and effort we put into any relationship—including our relationship with God. In order for us to grow in Him, we need to know Him. Therefore, we are providing a very simple way for you to augment the teachings we will be providing: read the Bible daily. Don’t worry—we are not asking you to do anything that we aren’t willing to do ourselves. We know how busy life can be but we also know how fulfilling life can be when we have more of Him. If you are ready to take up the challenge of daily Bible reading, we are providing a link to a website that offers many different daily reading plans. Just click on the photo of the Bible and you will go directly to the website which offers a variety of plans or will email you a daily reading (you can select the translation that you prefer).
