Mission Partner Updates:
World
Shalom Ministries. Pastor Vijay joined us for worship the weekend of October 24th and 25th. He shared how 58 children are being supported on a monthly basis by the generosity of the people of TLC (see pictures of children at Thanksgiving home.) Over 100 Bible students have been trained in the past year at Thanksgiving seminary in Rajahmundry, India. In addition, over 1,000 elderly are given subsistence food on a daily basis. God is good and what a privilege to serve those in need (Matthew 25: 31-46.) Shalom Ministries needs approximately $20,000 dollars more to completely pay off all three orphanages. Then all of the money donated can go to feeding and educating these precious children.
Wycliffe Bible Translators: Ron and Michelle Olson will be here in November from Papua New Guinea. They have been translating the Bible into Aragabi and have a finished copy. They were last at T!LC almost 15 years ago.
